A little bit about me...
Kimberly Branham is Hamilton & Company’s Closing Manager and is in charge of our client’s contracts from the moment they’re written right up to closing. Her attention to detail and organizational skills ensure each contract is expertly managed and our clients are clearly represented through the final days of their real estate transactions.
Kim was born and raised right here in the Upstate. After a successful career in Fashion Merchandising as a buyer for several large companies, Kim moved back home to Greer where she met and married the love of her life, Mike, in 1996. Kim has worked various part-time jobs while raising her two precious children Rachel and David, and joined the Hamilton & Company team in 2018.
As the “part-time employee who works more than part-time hours,” Kim goes above and beyond for our clients. She appreciates the fun-loving atmosphere of the team and the respect each member feels from the others.
