Benefits of Working with a Team

Dec 08, 2022

“One of the common myths I hear,” Dan explained in today’s video, “Is that you get ‘passed around’ on a real estate team and never receive individualized care. Today,” he countered, “I’m sharing the FACTS about working with a real estate team and why you should consider it on your next real estate transaction.”

1. You work with multiple specialists rather than one generalist

It’s true that while working with a real estate team you work with multiple people. However, rather than experiencing subpar service, you actually receive the attention of a variety of specialists all while maintaining your primary line of communication through your real estate agent. For example, our team has a Client Care Specialist who receives your initial request so that they can connect you with the best real estate agent on our team for your property needs. Then when you close, you work with a dedicated Closing Specialist who knows all the details surrounding contract-to-close, making sure your transaction runs as smoothly as possible.

2. You have a primary point of contact in your real estate agent

Because your real estate agent isn’t busy entertaining new clients or helping current clients get to the closing table, they have your undivided attention. Text, call or email your agent; they are your primary point of contact on a real estate team and will help you with anything you need. Plus, your agent has the benefit of decades of combined real estate experience in the form of team peers and advisors.

3. On a real estate team, client service remains a top priority

Because we have a team of specialists devoted to specific tasks in the real estate transaction process, we are able to prioritize the client experience in a way an individual agent cannot.

4. Business is taken care of, even when your agent is unavailable

If your agent, like you, gets sick or is out of town and is unable to take you to a showing last minute, they have an entire team of talented agents they trust ready to step in and help.

5. You get access to a team for the same price as an individual agent!

By now, you’ve probably realized there are some clear advantages to working with a team. The good news? You can work with a team for the same price as an individual agent. Most real estate team don’t charge any differently than one agent, but offer a five-star service a step above anything an individual agent can offer.
